About these terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to enquiries, bookings and vehicle transport services arranged with OEM DRIVE LTD. A specific written booking confirmation, service agreement or other signed document may contain additional terms for a particular journey.
Service arrangements
Before transport begins, the collection point, destination, vehicle details, timing, access requirements and agreed service arrangements should be confirmed. OEM DRIVE LTD may require additional information where the vehicle, route or location presents unusual access or transport requirements.
Vehicle condition and handover
The customer should provide accurate information about the vehicle and disclose known issues that could affect collection, loading, transport or unloading. Existing damage or condition may be recorded at collection and/or delivery. The receiving party is responsible for checking the vehicle at handover and raising any discrepancy promptly.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate contact, collection and destination information, ensure the vehicle is reasonably accessible for collection, and disclose relevant restrictions, modifications or known mechanical issues. Any keys, documents or equipment required for the agreed journey should be made available as instructed.
Timing, delays and changes
Transport timings are estimates unless a specific time commitment has been agreed in writing. Traffic, weather, road restrictions, vehicle condition, access problems and other circumstances outside reasonable control can affect a journey. Changes to collection or delivery details should be communicated as early as possible.
Charges and payment
Any applicable transport charge should be agreed before the service is confirmed. Payment instructions will be provided directly by OEM DRIVE LTD where applicable. Do not send money to an unverified account or third party claiming to represent the company.
Escrow and third-party services
OEM DRIVE LTD should not be treated as an independent escrow provider merely because escrow is discussed in connection with a transaction. Where an independent escrow service is used, customers should verify the provider, legal entity, beneficiary details, fees, refund terms and release conditions directly before transferring funds.
Cancellations
Cancellation arrangements depend on the stage of the journey and any agreed booking terms. Customers should contact OEM DRIVE LTD as soon as possible if a collection or delivery can no longer proceed. Any non-refundable or third-party costs will depend on the applicable booking agreement.
Liability
OEM DRIVE LTD will provide services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. Any specific liability, insurance or claims arrangements applicable to a journey should be confirmed in the relevant service agreement.
Privacy and communications
Personal information supplied for enquiries, collection and delivery coordination will be handled for legitimate business and service purposes. Customers should keep their contact details accurate so that important journey communications can be delivered.
Website information
Website descriptions are general information and do not constitute a guarantee that a particular route, date, vehicle or service will be available. Specific arrangements are confirmed directly with the customer.
Governing law
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, these terms are intended to be governed by the laws of England and Wales, with disputes subject to the courts of England and Wales.
